Same street, brand new story.
This Essendon family had the right block: the street, the schools, the neighbours. The house was the only thing that had stopped working for them. Rather than move, they knocked it down and built the home they'd always wanted, exactly where they'd always wanted it.
Their brief was clear: light, calm and open, with room for the whole family under one roof. The original home came down in one week. Eight months later, they had their keys, on the street they never wanted to leave.
Our Nova floorplan sits behind the Aura façade, with 37 squares across two levels, and daily life flows through to the alfresco and pool. Every decision serves natural light: a double-height void over the entry, a large circular skylight above the kitchen, skylights over every shower, and batten screens with reeded glass upstairs for privacy without curtains. Bright at 8am in winter, not just in the renders.
